Isopod dimensions:

Inclusions:
- full insulation to required specifications
(Simpson steel panels)
- all plumbing fixtures and components
to Canadian code (or spec.)
- all electrical components to Canadian
code (or spec.) and voltage and Hz
- all windows and doors to meet and exceed
required specifications and code
- all heating systems to meet or exceed
required code
- all furniture to spec., i.e.: bed,
mattress, table, desk, closet, fixtures, etc.
- sleeper units also come equipped with
15â flat screen televisions (CSA or as required)
- sleeper units also come equipped with
coffeemakers, microwave, and lighting (CSA or as required)
- all units carry a full manufacturers
warranty for 1 year against any/all defects or deficiencies
- properly assembled units are certified
to withstand magnitude 8 and 240 kph winds, as well as
being fire resistant.
- all ventilation and air exchange (circulation)
will be built to required specifications.
- paint and colour scheme as per requirement
- insulation on Canadian units will be
to a minimum of R40 (good to -60 degrees)
- choice of interior wall, floor and
ceiling finishes
- interior layout subject to final design
approval
- fireproof access doors and panel where
required by code(Shubuluoke fire panel systems )
- heat trace on all plumbing pipes (internal
and external)
- a users manual, installation guide
and warranty certificate shall accompany each individual
unit.
* all isopod units are fully interchangeable,
plug and play (fully compatible internal systems unless
otherwise requested), stackable ( U.S. code allows 3 in
height when used for accommodation) and built to meet or
exceed region specific specifications.
